Where To Buy Honey Rose Cigarettes

Perhentian Islands - Malaysia

Almost ten years ago (seems like yesterday) we had made a trip to Malaysia and we also went in the Perhentian Islands.
Yesterday I saw the comment by Gio that made me remember and so 'I tried to search the Internet and find the photos we had made. It was a magical place.
remember when we had to leave we decided to spend a few days to the Perhentian islands 'cause we liked the name, but the network did not find any information I' photograph of the place! We were totally blind.
When we arrived at the port from which the boat that took us on the Big Island, where we were 5 or 6 days, we were a bit 'worried about our choice, but it' s enough to make us understand one hour of navigation that the choice was excellent!

The sea was so blue, blue wonderful, so incredible that we have practically only photos of the sea!
There was nothing built except for a hotel and a couple of makeshift bed and breakfast with restaurant attached. The rest of the island was deserted and so great 'most of the other nearby islands and more' small.
3 meters from the shore (yes, 3!) Were the sea turtles that were grazing on the algae down the sandy sea bottom. Almost every morning we saw dolphins swim a few meters from us. Myriads of colorful fishes.
A dream.
The hotel had virtually no service, it 'television or air conditioning, and perhaps even the boiler, but do not remember. I remember the shower and 'that every time you come back before sunset there were sounds of thuds and hops on the roof were monkeys who play each other!
That is, an almost untouched paradise.
There was very few people, both local and tourists, and no one was troubled by an iguana be far more 'than a meter in front of the cabin / room or having to do the slalom between pipistrellini insectivores have to go away for the two the restaurants of the 'rocks.
really nobody but us, to be honest! 'Cause these nasty little insects fluttered excitedly devil threatening to bump all the time! And then to return to the hotel was dark when we went into the water instead of the wooden bridge that passed over the rocks on the left:
the two blue roofs are the two restaurants, while the hotel was the first of the rocks.
In the morning we used to bring the boat to see the other beautiful beaches and islands nearby rock-and magnificence in the afternoon we stood in the shade of a frangipani on the beach.
After the shower we went out to watch the monkeys of the hops, the awakening of the enormous (and horrible but luckily asocial) fruit bats.
Then we were crossing the bridge to Indiana Jones to go to dinner, and when the wind got up and began to play harp hung everywhere, we would go back 'by sea' to the camera.
There we were on the veranda watching roar of the water, chatting and writing postcards, as it was still before the arrival of Blogspot!
A fantastic place. One of the most 'beautiful ever that I've ever seen!

Now Perhentian Island on Google by typing out dozens of results, images, information, Web sites holtels, resorts and most people 'has more' and so forth. They have built more 'or less 30!
guess targarughe, dolphins and monkeys if they are taken to his heels, and that nature has unfortunately had to leave much, perhaps too much space to the 'modern' that yield a lot more 'to local travel agencies.
bad.
We would gladly come back, but I think it would be and I prefer to remember it was a disappointment!
