This is my little kit to start the fire. E 'consists of a tinder-box (although it would be more accurate to call firesteel ), a lighter, a dozen of matches (and the sealed container with flint embedded in the bottom) and an additional watertight container (the white one) to 'inside of which there are many cotton balls soaked in vaseline oil.

Photo 2. The kit inside the bag. Theoretically, a fire quickly and in any condition, the lock would be sufficient and cotton balls soaked in oil. But as for me, the moment a fire is lit also varies according to the inspiration of the moment, so to speak, I also added more immediate use tools. Furthermore, it is a kit of "survival", so it must be minimal.
